Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or report damaged items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Items must not have been used in photography shoots, Instagram posts, online, commercially or for personal gain.
Swimwear
For all swimwear, clients must try on items wearing undergarments. If returned, the protective hygiene strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered, or the item otherwise shows signs of wear.
Return fee
Please use the pre-printed return waybill and drop it off at the same pickup point as you collected the package. Items must be returned in mint condition and unused with all tags still attached and in the original box. All returns must have a valid tracking number for us to accept it.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Gift card
e-Gift Cards are not refundable.
e-Gift Cards can not be redeemable for cash.
If you return goods that have been purchased with a gift card, the credit will be added to your customer account and you will be able to use it for future orders.
If you have used a gift card to purchase part of your order and then you make a return of some items, then the gift card will be applied to the part of the order that you keep.
If you receive a gift card or voucher from Do Brasil, it is valid 1 year from the receiving date if nothing else is agreed or stated.
